Justinas Krasuckas
An artist based in Lithuania whose paintings have been featured in numerous solo exhibitions nationally. Through his distinctive landscapes, he endeavors to convey what he truly felt when being in nature. However, in his figurative works, Krasuckas searches for emotional resonance and connection between people and nature.
"I find subjects for my work in my local landscape - frequently visiting wetlands, forests, untouched natural areas. I am looking for relationship between the inner world of person and the chaotic, wild, mysterious, nature."
He had graduated Vytautas Magnus University with a bachelor’s degree in History and Theory of Arts and master's degree of painting in Vilnius Academy of Art. At the prestigious Florence Academy of Art he studied painting techniques of old masters. Currently he is lecturer in Vilnius Academy of Art and co-founded Classical Realism Atelier.
